"First let me say we all have a sinking feeling in our stomach when we go to the mechanic, rather voluntarily or involuntarily. My experience was voluntary, for I love my truck and wanted to get an idea of its condition and see what it would take to prolong its longevity. As people we all have a sense it's going to be too expensive and we are guaranteed that we will be ripped off. I'm very pleased to write that was NOT my experience with Airport Automotive. For the needs I was requesting they did a comprehensive digital analysis. Comprehensive is every meaning of the word. When I reviewed the report I was blown away at the detail, pictures and explanations. To be honest it was so extensive that I was overwhelmed. However I was pleased, and the technician Gee did a great job going over my baby. I received a call about what our next move was.. and for me even though I had a list of things to repair. I asked for it to be compiled from most importance to lease. From there I was provide a list along will pricing for each item. Let's not kid ourselves good mechanic work it never cheap, but airport automotive is reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their services, they are highly professional and respectful. I felt good enough about the initial experience to continue with more appointments to knock of my list of repairs. Even the little touches of care I discovered when I got back to my vehicle and drove away. Thanks Amber, Matt and Gee.. see ya soon."

"Kacals service center is a true one stop shop. I have a number of different units in my fleet , I’m comfortable with taking any type of fleet to them. They have done Pms on even our fire trucks, pierce , Internationals you name it. They have new innovative technology’s and tools to preform the jobs, from state of art alignment machines , which most big company’s claim to have but fall short of diversification for true alignments. They also have all the software and computer diagnostics needed as well. One of my responsibilities for my fleet is to do data analysis and benchmark prices and service quality. I toured the facility and was impressed with the equipment and all the staff was working and provided great customer service skills.I will occasionally stop in a spot check for any changes or different findings. I was able to meet the shop manager and QC manager.What is important to me is to see if the employees and company has good strong core values, and it was clear that management had them and knew the importantance of customer service, it’s rare to find that these days.Everything I have given them has been above and beyond on the quality of the service and they have beat other quotes. I’ll finish with this which is the best part ,which is they offer a free pick up and drop off service, this is a huge help to me as a fleet manager. We don’t always have the resources to take two paid personal to take the time to drop the unit it off and pick the unit back up. This allows for company’s and personal for more production. Remarkable idea and service , someone knows what there doing. Thanks again to the kacal Team. Keep up the good work."

"This is my second visit there. They seem to be an honest and mechanicly diligent shop. That said, the carpet in my RV is totally ruined from greasy boots and total disregard for even making an attempt to cover it before trapsing their shop’s grease inside."

"Over the years, I have received good service from certified tires and it's close to my home, so it's been very convenient to use them for servicing my car. However, this last servicing there was no communication between the front desk and the mechanics. Questions were asked about what the check engine light indicated and there were no notes from the previous day and the mechanic from the previous day was off duty. I was just disappointed no one could tell me if anything was wrong with the car. I waited all day for answer. It just didn't seem professional. Like I said, over the years, I have been treated well by them."
