One - I feel the prices they charge for repair services are very high and at a premium compared to other repair shops. As such, I will have to get multiple quotes for repairs from other shops moving forward instead of having Gierisch be my sole go-to shop. My second complaint is Gierisch upsells many other repairs/maintenance that are not necessary or critical and can be delayed or are not immediately needed.
