Took it to another automotive shop and they stated it would cost 6000.00 dollars to fix my problem. Which it in fact cost on 1200.00 dollars to fix . H Tec is awesome and is very trustworthy and Honest. Seth, the service advisor was great. He kept me up to date on my repairs and cost. The service writer seemed more concerned with doing the job correctly rather than looking for ways to cut corners. Communication was impressive from beginning to end and they had the job completed the same day. Facility was spotless, this says a lot about a repair shop. They will be my go-to shop from now on.

Eric M.	Fantastic! The head gaskets blew on my trip and I ended up having to replace the engine. Josh and the team at H-Tek took great care of me, doing all the work and keeping me in the loop while I continued on my trip. They let me know my car was done and I picked it up on my way back home. Great service, a fair price, an outstanding diagnostics and documentation system, to a ride from the airport when I returned my rental. These guys did it all...and I have a full year on parts and labor (where do you get that kind of warranty?). If you are in the Tri-Cities area of Tenessee, this is the only shop you need.

Seth sent me a detailed inspection report with pictures regarding repairs needed. Also included, were safety issues that needed attention. Pricing was up front and I was under no pressure to have any work performed as they left that up to me. They were very thorough and the work was performed in a timely manner by knowledgeable and skilled mechanics. I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs. The pricing is upfront and all work is only done with your prior approval. Aside from the ordered repairs their techs will alert you to other items they see that need addressing and the cost for those items is priced for your convenience. I have dealt with Eric Henley since H-Tek was opened and have never had a reason to question the honesty and integrity of this shop. Would and have definitely recommend!
