On one occasion, before a trip to PA, they broke with their protocol and accepted a credit card that they normally do not accept, completing the needed work rather then send my off with a potentially unsafe vehicle! That is not just customer service. It is true customer CARE! I would not go anywhere else now! Customer for life!"
