The only problem I felt was that their labour cost was roughly twice that of what I am used to. That could be because of the area and the speed at which they do service… but I felt it was a bit much. Still, a very lovely business, and I am proud to have supported a women owned and operated business!

Brittany H. Columbus	I’ve never had such an efficient experience with an auto shop before. I feel like most times you have to call and pester places to tell you what the hell is going on. Alternative called me shortly after my car got towed in and informed me of the inspection and how much it would cost and asked for a go ahead which I gave. A few hours after that I was texted/emailed inspection results and called them back to choose which things I wanted done and they gave me the price. Had my car back the next day (my alternator needed replaced in my accord). I love that I never felt frustrated getting my car fixed and will definitely be back the next time I need something done.
