Robert C. LAS NEVADA, NV	I will tell them to steer clear of German Motors. Car was in shop for 20 days, and still has same problem of idling high. They don’t diagnose the car’s problem on the day you bring it in, and it sits there for many days before you hear anything back from them; then you hear different reasons for the problem from different representatives. Then you wait an another week or more, after they finally order a part, and that part doesn’t solve the problem. Meanwhile, I’m being charged thousands of dollars. This has happened every time I’ve been there, this year. I’ve paid them over $10k, the problem doesn’t get solved, and they treat me like dirt. Everyone needs to avoid German Motors. I was being treated with respect which was very nice however I was expecting it when I walked in stating I have check engine light on and I even mentioned that it was diagnostic several times check engine light for oxygen sensor bank two sensor one and Bank one sensor 2. I asked your salesperson who is a great guy had a great attitude to please check and make sure that you come up with the same diagnosed and make sure that the problem has been taken care of make sure that the sensors are put in dried and tight. When I was on my way starting the car going home check engine light was on so I came back next week and I asked him to please as I asked the first day make sure that the sensors are tight and when you put them in make sure that you hear a click it was very cooperative and nice however unfortunately I still have the same issue and he come up and let me know that there was a lower radiator hose leak I have him do the job at the end he come up with something else but still Chicken delight is on when I was driving on my way some miles in the middle of the road check engine light came on. To be very honest with you I was expecting a bit better service so I still have the same issue going on what I'm going to do is I'm going to try to drive a little bit over 60 miles and see what happens. I did leave a message for Mr Daniel who is the owner of the shop let him know about the about the issue that I was experiencing so far I haven't heard anything from the shop hopefully they will be contacting me and resolving the issue that I have with the check engine light or whatever it's causing it they should have done it at the first time. I hope this time they will have a Master mechanic to work on my car who knows about Land Rover Discovery. Again I thank you for your time to give me the opportunity to take the feedback and I'm looking forward to hear from them as soon as possible.

Lisa A.	I accidentally put regular unleaded gas in my Mercedes diesel SUV. Ughhh...I had it towed to the local Merceds dealer. I was told that it was totaled. Or, I could pay 17 K (17 thousand dollars) to have the engine drained, replaced, etc. .very upset, I googled who else works on Mercedes, and I called German Motors in Las Vegas where this happened, and they answered their phone. They arranged to get my Merceds towed to them the next morning. By the next day, it was taken care of, restored. It was 1,500 dollars for the entire repair including the tow! It was not totaled nor did anything need replacing as I. had been told by Mercedes. The SUV runs great...I really, really recommend this place.

Patrick Lucas	I am a first time customer of German Motors and this was the first time anyone other than a dealer has serviced my SL. I chose GM because of the very good reviews and I was not disappointed. In fact I would describe my experience as better than I from the dealer. The communication program they use is exceptional and not only provides a detailed recap of the service but also provides future potential issues including photos and videos. When I spoke with Shawn his intent was not to increases my bill but rather allow me to make my own decision (with his candid advice that there wasn't an immediate concern) about the timing of future repairs. While a car wash is part of the dealer experience, I didn't expect it here. What a pleasant surprise to arrive and have my car looking great. I will not hesitate to share my satisfaction with my friends. You have a new customer. Well done!
