"I take my vehicle here for regular oil changes, maintenance and all service needs. They're always very thorough and take the time to explain everything to me so that I feel I am making knowledgeable maintenance schedules and decisions and understand what why and how, Their customer service is fast and exemplary and their snack selection in the lobby is a nice perk. Especially with kids. ;) The lobby and the garage are both very clean, orderly and efficient. I began taking my vehicle to them after attending their free oil change for single mothers event, which I think is a fantastic service and one that they don't have to provide. They care, is the bottom line. It shows in how they conduct business from top to bottom."

"German Motors is truly an honest, luxury car repair shop! The staff is super friendly and down to earth. The whole experience was QUICK and easy! Previously I had taken my Mercedes truck into the Mercedes dealership nearby for a quote, not only did the dealership have my truck for over a week before I received a quote, for $3,500 to repair an oil seal leak. Daniel, at German Motors took amazing care of me! He explained to me that the issue I was quoted for was not the issue, to repair the actual issue I was quoted for a little over $500, saving me nearly $3,000!! THE BEST PART? My truck was repaired and ready to pickup the same day, only hours later! PLUS I was offered a ride home and back to pickup. A HUGE thank you to Daniel and his team at German Motors!"

"Excellent service and care for their customers. I took my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid to 59 Auto as it was making a strange nose that I had not heard before. They diagnosed the problem as being in the differential. Rich did some checking and found Ford no longer made that part for my car. He did some research and did find a used part that would work. He called and gave me the report and the cost. Due to the mileage of almost 182,000 I chose not to have them do the repair. Nothing against them it is time to look for something new. They did find a tack in one of the front tires and fixed that for which I am very grateful. Highly recommended 59 Auto."
