"Always good service"

"This was my first service with Eastside Bavarian since my Factory warranty expired. I visited their shop on a BMW CCA tech session and it’s what led me to utilize their services. Ken and the team were very professional and the prices were very affordable compared to what I paid the dealership for non-warranty items! I really loved how Eastside kept me informed with their status emails and phone call; excellent customer service. I will return for all of my BMW needs. I wish they were open on Saturday because I normally work M-F in Seattle."

"I had a series of complex repairs to my BMW X5. It is a V8 engine and is not typical for X5's. So I took it to Santa Fe BMW and they misdiagnosed it and wanted $6500 to repair it after talking to the dealer I bought it from they told me they would do the work under its extended warranty. So drove it to Scottsdale, AZ and they had it for 17 days and turned it back to me without telling me what they did, saying that they would mail me the paperwork. On the way back to Durango it started hang issues again. That's where Durango Small Car came in. They looked at it and correctly diagnosed the problem an fixed it for less than half the price of a dealer. These guys are my heroes! They did a great job and were very upfront with everything they did. I will always go back to them for my maintenance and repairs. Five stars!"
