"I am very wary about car repair places. I know repair places make money on the parts they repair your car with, and then you never know if they calculate the repair time correctly (and at $80-100 per hour, this is expensive to be incorrect!) Last week, my alternator needed replacing and it was going to cost me $600. I thought that was so expensive! However, when I looked up the price of the part and the labor for the r&r on my vehicle type, they were actually underquoting me on the hours and the mark-up on the part was very reasonable for the quality of part they used! On top of that, they gave me a $50 discount on the final bill. I have been taking my cars to Rick and Ray's for 2 years now and would always recommend them to anyone."
