"As much time as I want to discuss the options and get explanations. And after the service they discuss what they have found and what service might be needed down the road (so to speak!). They are sensitive to a need for budgeting larger repairs or maintainance and I never felt as if add-ons were be being pushed on me. Oh, and they have free wi-fi!"
