"I always have a wonderful time when I have my Jeep serviced at Griffin's! Clark and his staff go far beyond the call of duty to take care not only of the regular maintenance but also to notice and bring to my attention little things that might require attention in the future such as the tiny hole in a tire rim that I had thought was a slow leak in the tire. Once when there was a mysterious squeak that defied explanation Clark had me drive around the block while he listened then asked ""exactly where did that deer hit you?"" He pinpointed a tiny ripple in the edge of the hood bent it a bit and voila! adios squeak! Furthermore because Griffin's manage these things for me I am completely surprised and delighted by my free sixth oil change and the free rescue service available though mercifully I have never needed it. I might add that a very personable young man yesterday also took great care in reattaching my rear view mirror which I found dangling flirtatiously from its cord when its glue ""gave up the ghost"" in my hot garage. In short Griffin's is the best."

"I've been bringing my cars to PCAW for the past three years. They were recommended by Hawaiian Tire & Auto Center, a very trustworthy and fair company. When a trustworthy company recommends another company, I pay attention.PCAW has been working on my 1991 Toyota Pickup and 2005 Toyota Corolla for the past three years. Each time I bring my cars in, I get excellent service and reasonable prices. I have never felt like they were trying to squeeze an extra dollar out of me.A year ago I brought my Corolla in for its annual safety check. The new safety check regulations are more stringent but more thorough to ensure the safety of the cars. I watched the mechanic, Keoki, go through the meticulous steps of inspecting each part of the car and verifying it with pictures. I got the sense that this place is high on integrity because they wanted to do things correctly.On my most recent visit, the struts on my Corolla, which had 74,000 miles, needed to be replaced. I brought my car in at 8:00am, was quoted a fair price, and had my car ready by the afternoon.PCAW reminds me of the service station of yesterday, but without the gas pumps. The mechanics are reliable, the work is excellent, and the customer care is top-notch. I appreciate the work-ethic of Shay, Erin, and Keoki."
