I made a service reservation on- line a few days in advance and dropped my SUV off the night prior at their very well lighted lot. I received a phone call from Mike at 8 am detailing the work and estimate for a timing belt replacement, transmission service and coolant flush. The work was completed by the end of the day and I was able to pay via credit card by phone and picked the vehicle up later that night."

"Wayne's is a family owned business. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted by friendly employees with a can-do attitude. I did not even have an appointment and they ended up fitting me in because my brakes were so bad! While waiting, i was offered coffee, the remote for the TV, free WI-FI, candy, all the comforts of home! More importantly, Wayne's is just as professional if not more when it comes to diagnosing your problem, itemizing the cost in writing and presenting and Explaining a written proposal to get approval from the buyer. On my recent visit they put two mechanics on my job to get me out quicker, and actually decided that I did not need two expensive parts that were listed on the original estimate!! That is huge to me-I trust them to do the right thing. I will not have my Honda repaired anywhere else. When employees are happy and enjoy their job, it shows. The owner of Wayne's should be commended!"

"The guys at Roy Foster's on Keystone are all very personable and helpful. Work was completed in a timely manner. Had to bring my truck back due to mechanic error resulting in need to replace a second power steering pump, and I lot a half day of work over this, including having to postpone a planned business trip to Southern Nevada. That said, the guys admitted the problem, took my truck in first thing and diagnosed and repaired the fault a second time cheerfully and apologetically. Mistakes happen. Roy Foster's handled it as well as expected. Price was very fair."

"Roger told me the truth about what was wrong with my car (and what wasn't) after another ""big box"" mechanic told me I needed 800 in repairs for non-existent oil leaks and diagnosed their misdiagnosis of electrical issues with my turn signals. Took under 10 minutes for him to figure it out and even took me under the hood to show me. Unfortunately I have to go through the original place to fix their mistake on the signals. Best experience I've ever had at an auto shop hands down"
