"It looks like a business that cares for its customers and its workers. It was clean. and comfortable. Employees greeted you promptly with a smile. There is a shuttle to get you back home while they service your car. There is coffee! There is a memorial photo of a popular employee who passed away. Very nice."

"Alliance Auto has been on a long journey with us transforming our 2004 BMW lemon, into lemonade. First, all the hoses and radiator needed replaced, among other things. Then they fixed a major oil leak, and helped replace a review mirror and windows. Recently, we got locked out of our car because the tumbler broke while the key programming wasn’t working. After we spent weeks trying to get into the car, they helped us replace the electrical, and battery to get it running again. They found a way to get an emergency key until the original key became available. It starts everyday and it runs seriously good. We could not be more thankful. The amount of time, effort, hope, innovative solutions, along with great prices and flexibility was pure professional! We truly believe we would have not found this customer service anywhere else. They are the best. We are lifelong customers. Thank you Alliance Auto
