"They may do quality work but I cannot recommend this shop. Made an 'appointment' for oil change and front end alignment. Turned vehicle at 7:30am sharp. Received a quick estimate which I approved immediately. Made a phone check on vehicle status about noontime and told they only had one rack for front end alignment and it's in high demand. I was informed by the owner that mechanics work on 3 or 4 vehicles at a time and this takes time. I guess somewhere in between they perform 21 point inspection. At 5pm I call to check on vehicle again and told they 'should be able to get it done by closing', It was then I was informed of the results of their inspection and found there were 10 items requiring immediate attention. I'm thinking why was I not told about this 5 hours ago? They could have been addressing these issues while waiting for a slot at the front end alignment. So now it means the truck will spend another full day if I want them to work on it. I give them the go ahead to keep the truck and call them at 7:30 to update what I want done and request an estimate. One and a half hours later I get the estimate and immediately give the approval for certain items. I call at 1:45pm to only find out the mechanic hasn't started any work, states he needed authorization and again told he has been working on 3-4 different vehicles as justification for the delay. Can't understand working on multiple vehicles at the same time. Work on one, complete, move on. They had my vehicle since 7:30 in the morning and as of 2pm hadn't even started on it. I cancelled any further work and picked up my vehicle. They may do good mechanical work but their communication skills between shop and customer is terrible. Their appt system only ensures they will try to get your car attended to. How do they select which vehicle wins the lottery and gets chosen to get serviced first? I' am truly accustomed to the old 'first come, first served' train of thought. Not a pleasant experience by any means."

"I had good tires... Unfortunately, I ran over a screw .. somewhere...
The very next morning I called Tire Pro, explained the flat tire. They said it's first come, first serve, might have to wait... NO PROBLEM! Was sooo glad they could check the tire that day! Outstanding attitudes, kept me informed on progress (they were VERY busy)...
$26, and less than 2 hours later, they'd plugged the hole and I was on my way!! THANKS SO MUCH, TIRE PRO!!! 💗"
