"Zach and Ray were very thorough on explaining what needed to be done on my Jeep. I brought my car in for a second opinion from the dealership and needless to say the dealership somehow missed a relay and module code my car was putting out and if that wasn't fixed further damage could have happened. Sad thing is, the dealership was to have fixed this same issue several years ago.
Unfortunately, I still have to bring car back to dealership so they can fill the nitrogen for the suspension, for Parker 4x4 does not have the nitrogen system to fill it up. So much for one stop fix.
However, I will still bring my car back to Parker 4x4 for they do beat the dealership quoted prices, and they do not do unnecessary work. The friendly service and thorough explanation on what needs to be done will bring me back as long as the great service continues."

"Had a nagging intermittent grinding problem the last couple of months in the rear of my Rav4. Stopped by Marx, explained the issue, and Tim (their tech) and I took it for a test drive. He diagnosed it as a worn rear bearing assy. In short, they provided a repair estimate and I called them back the following day to schedule an appointment. The repair was made within the estimated time and cost and you now have a satisfied customer! In addition, Marx called me back yesterday to follow up....very impressed! I can see now why they were voted Best of the Best!!! Keep up the good work!"
