"Decided it was time to take my truck someplace else for its service needs. Since being a CAA card holder for years why not check out one of their recommended garages. My A.C. Was not keeping things cold inside so I brought it in to get checked out , later the same day I?m back on the road A.C. Working great. Dave at the front desk said to bring by few days or next week to make sure no more leaks, did so all is good. Good to have a place where their not trying to up sell you every time your in. I?ll be back!"

"As always, everyone at Jimmy's Auto was professional and courteous. My service was done quickly and I didn't need my tires rotated given short time since the last time this was done. I always feel I can trust Jimmy's Auto to be honest - and not try to 'rip me off' - if something is not required and yesterday was an example of this. Having used Jimmy's Auto for quite some time now, I almost feel like they are 'friends' I can go to for any car needs, especially TJ, who will go out of his way to help. A couple came in yesterday, who were on the road on vacation and not locals, whose engine light came on and who just stopped at Jimmy's. Although Jimmy's could not help them, TJ went out to look at the engine light on their car to see what was wrong and made every attempt he could to direct them to a place that might be able to help them! These are the kind of people who work at Jimmy's! Helping perfect strangers - who would not be coming back as customers - but just wanting to HELP. We need more people with this kind of attitude. Most businesses who couldn't help a couple like this would have just told them, "sorry," and sent them away. I was very impressed and it just served to strengthen my faith in the honesty at Jimmy's Auto."
