I called to ask a general question regarding my car and they not only answered my question, but reminded me of some work I needed to get done. If they did not remind me I would have forgot and could have caused damage to my car, however East Side Bavarian saved the day! "I made an appointment for some substantial preventive maintenance, then had to push the appointment back; the people at Roy's did so immediately. When I brought the car in on the revised date, they were ready for me. The maintenance was completed in a timely matter, and at a fair price. The staff were helpful and courteous throughout, making me feel welcome. All in all, the experience went very smoothly."

"Be sure to ask if there are alternative repairs that will completely fix the problem for a lower cost. Just in the last few months, T&C has been quoting estimate costs that are very high. Only after refusing service or asking questions will it be revealed you can have the repair completed in an alternative manner at a lower cost. I have been a T&C customer for 10+ years and have always been EXTREMELY satisfied with their work and service. In the past, cost options have always been provided up front. Only recently has this changed."
