"This was my first experience with Jimmy's Automotive and it was outstanding. I did not have an appointment but had a serious problem that needed immediate attention. I was there at 8 a.m., they were able to schedule me for service later that afternoon, explained everything thoroughly, and supplied me with a loaner car! TJ was exceptional. He called to explain my options, told me what time the vehicle would be ready and what the cost would be. He was considerate, asked if I had questions, and thanked me for my business. No one likes having car trouble.....but if you do have a problem, this is the place to go. I have lived in Asheville for almost 30 years and have not had service as good as this! However, Brown’s was the BEST automotive experience I have ever had.
