If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

"I can always depend on Pro Tech to take care of any problem I have with my vehicle. My husband was a mechanic and he told me to take my vehicles to our local Pro Tech. He had used them and felt they would always be honest and fair. I feel very comfortable taking my vehicles, my grand children' s vehicles to Pro Tech for any need I may have - just to put air in my tires - I am always greeted with a welcome and smile. I could not ask for better service."

"Only a two day wait to get an appt where I could stay while service was being done. Tire roatation and oil change , on time for appt and only took like 30mimutes - everybody was nice and they explained process without pressure .., was my 1st time so got a coupon for next visit , who doesn't like a price break ? 😊will come back"

If you don't have a ride or a friend to drop you off no worries they have a courtesy car guy who can drop you off or pick you up! That's awesome for singles with no family close by. These guys seem to generally like working here. The owner is a good human being and businesses man. He truly wants his customers happy and wants them coming back! I won't go ANYWHERE else!! "The staff was very helpful to set up this oil change, AC check and alignment check, as well as to check windshield wipers, and the normal items checked. I was told that two tires had screws in them. One tire was beyond repair (lodged in the side of tire), and one was fixable. I asked for the screws back, and any proof what had been seen in the tires to show our townhouse builder to see if they would compensate . No screws or comments, etc. we’re on our receipt, other than tire replacement cost and one tire repair cost, when we picked the van up after closing, which had been arranged. I will call the shop today to see what is possible. Thanks!"

"I had a car dropped off here for a pre purchase inspection of a used car. I believe I spoke with Doc. Very helpful, friendly, and professional from beginning to the end. I felt like I was their only customer with how much time he spent with me on the phone answering my questions and concerns. Wish more mechanic shops had this level of customer service. I’m moving out of state soon, otherwise this would be my new mechanic shop!"
