If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Friendly counter and service staff, clean waiting area and my SUV was fixed the first time. I asked JR, Phil and Garry to get my Terrain ready for a road trip, but to please check the transmission because it was slipping into gear. I received my SUV back the next day, road ready and without the transmission slip; they even apologized for not being able to have it washed because the car wash was closed! I just returned from my road trip and the SUV ran great. This is the place to bring your car, no matter the make, for maintenance service, as well as major repairs, but only if you want everything fixed correctly the first time without a rip-off repair bill!"

"Jimmy's Automotive Center is the "BEST"! The old 1999 Ford F-150 got kinda warm on a return trip from Beaufort S.C. Took vehicle in and thermostat was replaced. Took the truck up the mountain to Mount Mitchell. Didn't make it... got kinda warm again. The vehicle would not over heat around town and up minor hills. Took a while up the mountain to get overheated. Headed down the mountain and temperature went to normal and stayed there. Took vehicle back to Jimmy's and left it with them to consider the possibilities. After several tests they determined that the radiator was not cooling properly. Suggested that I have the fan clutch replaced while they were in there. I agreed and discussed whether after 165,000 miles that maybe since they would have the front of the motor apart it would be wise to replace the water pump also. They agreed. We use the vehicle for long trips for missions we participate in. Need a reliable vehicle that can do the job. Since the repairs we have taken several mountain trips, pulled trailer with 2250 pounds of sod several times. Made trip to Tennessee and back. Perfect. Reliable and me and my wife feel relieved that we have a repair shop that is trustworthy, professional, understands OUR needs for reliability and safety. I would recommend Jimmy's (and TJ my service rep) to anyone wanting reliable auto repair. thomas"
