The Pro Auto Care was one of several I visited to see how things were done and found the people there helpful and able to answer some questions I had. Because we only use one car at a time, it is often that the car sits for a month at a time when not in use. This makes it difficult to schedule appointments. "We had some problems with our air conditioner not blowing cold. My wife called and spoke to Cole who recommended we bring it in so they could do an evaluation of the A/C system. I figured we were in the market for a new compressor since this problem had been sporadic for awhile, but never this bad. After they looked at it, they determined we were low on refrigerant, but there were no leaks and nothing wrong with the system. They test drove it for a bit and it blew cold the entire time. So instead of my imagined $1k repair, the final cost turned out to be about a tenth of that! Everyone there was very nice and the service was excellent. I'll be bringing our cars back if anything else goes wrong!"
