"I Came into the shop with my 2007 Ford Expedition Limited 5.4 Triton to have the 100,00 mile service done on the Plugs. These are a difficult Plug to service as to a design flaw and plugs usually break in the motor and need to be extracted. The price was given to me up front and where no surprises. And actually being a secondary issue they fixed the next day they quoted me one price and it actually wound up being $8 less. The service was great over all, all the information given was clear and presented well. The staff and the owners are very nice willing to help and very Professional! The techs brought me in the shop to show me the issues and showed me my bad parts and offered them to me without me asking. Being a Family owned business shows as the family that owns it runs the intake process. They had a great price competitively speaking and took care of my issues with my truck. I will be returning to service my other vehicles there, they have earned my business. I recommend them to anyone looking for that family feel......."
