"Chase repaired the brakes on our 08 Honda Accord. My wife took the car in and they told her what needed to be done( pads and disks replaced on rear wheels) and showed her the worn parts from the car. All the staff at Chase has always treated my wife in a very professional manner. Since it would take quite awhile to complete the work on the car, they graciously provided her a ride home and picked her up when the work was finished. I should add that the work was completed when promised and for the quoted price. We have always been very happy with the quality of work at Chase and recommend them very highly."

A couple of years ago my husband got stuck in high water and fried his engine. 59 Auto replaced the engine, worked with our insurance and got the car back to us in less than a week. Car ran like new! Glad they asked to top that off because I had a long trip back home. Biggest thing is everyone is super nice and pleasant to be around. Nice environment. I felt like my truck was safe in skilled caring arms. I'd recommend them to anyone for any car fixing need."

"I don't know what some people expect with vehicle repair shops. I sometimes feel that owners of cars like to blame mechanics for problems instead of the manufactures or themselves. Things break people! Especially when I know for a fact that over 50% of people wait for something to break before going to a shop! Preventative maintenance people!!! With that being said if you want to get the best service and save the most amount of $$$ on your BMW this is the place to go! I am super OCD with my 1995 e34 540i 6spd and our 2001 540it e39 touring wagon and they have done such a great job with both my cars. Gary and Chris have gone above and beyond with customer service. Chris even made a house call.I have Chrons disease and it is sometimes very difficult for me to leave my home. Chris took out upon himself to help me out. Service like this is amazing. As far as cursing going on at here shop, I like it. They are mechanics and it is a shop! Not a courtroom or a stuck up waiting room at a BMW dealership. I also read people complaining about repairs with their newer BMW's, I'm sorry but those cars are designed to break and only take to the dealer. I have friends who work at Weatherford BMW and I hear nothing but horror stories about repairs on cars that barely get driven off the lot. German Auto Sport should be the first and last place for people to take their Bimmers for service!"

"I brought my Jag XJ8 in for air suspension service. Leonard was our writer and my wife and I thought that he was the highlight of what otherwise could have been a bad experience. Leonard kept us updated every step of the way and when the repair didn't quite fix the problem, he was kind, empathetic and helpful to get the issue resolved. I could actually be a behaved customer, no yelling and no threats to get the in result - a fixed car. Comparatively, I believe the price was right and I think the service was even better.
