"My wife and I were returning to Montana when our car lost its water pump. I asked the operator for a BMW dealer in the area and was fortunately referred to Eastside Bavarian automotive. Ken and the staff were able to immediately evaluate the car and start repairs that afternoon.The entire staff and the Hertz rental Manager were extremely accommodating throughout the next 24 hours. We will undoubtedly schedule maintenance on a regular basis when we are passing through Seattle. The shop's commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service are obvious."
