Overall I turned out happy with the final result...I just wish it would have been figured out quicker. They did bend over backwards to make my experience less painful. "I had never been to this auto shop before. Bought tires online and chose this auto shop to mount them for me. A friendly office person called me to tell me the tires were in and we could set up an appointment. We settled on a day at 3:45pm. I arrived at 3:45pm and within minutes a service tech had my truck in the shop and starting the tire replacement. I was very surprised on the prompt service and the friendly employees since it was my first time there. I've been to chain tire stores with an an appointment and still waited for 3 hours or more, and they could care less about my time. I will definitely be back again for any tire replacements. Great job!!"

"I had my Toyota towed to motoring specialists, (referred by the tow truck driver), the employee at the desk informed me that diagnostic would be 129.00(not including what the repair cost would be, she called me the following day, told me they fixed the problem, but I should bring the car into a toyota dealership so they can properly diagnose the computer system, they did not charge for the repair or the diagnostic, which I greatly appreciate, I will be using them for any future car issues."

"My friend, who's been going to Advanced Auto Center, for a number of years, highly recommended this place, when my 1995 Jeep Wrangler, was beginning to feel like I was driving the car from Chitty Bang Bang. No joking. Sarah, the manager, was very courteous, and honest about what the costs entailed, and how long they'd need my vehicle. Tyler, my mechanic, was super knowledgeable, and didn't mind at all, being peppered with questions that I had, regarding my JEEP's status. There were a couple other unexpected issues, which arose, separate from getting my cracked manifold replaced, and they were able to take care the idling problem, and the vacuum hose blockage, timely, at a super reasonable price. They saw how exasperated I was, at times, cr me some slack, and fixed the idling problem for me, pro bono. Oh, they guarantee their work for 3 years! They're friendly, and very competent. Wouldn't think twice, about going back, down the road, to keep my "Black Beauty" running!"
