"I recently purchased a 2004 Audi A8. After driving it for 1000 miles the rear brakes began to squeal. I knew they needed to be replaced. I contacted a couple of dealerships near where I live and was quoted prices that seemed a little high. I had a copy of the Car Fax which showed that my vehicle had be serviced at LBR in Bellevue. I decided to give my local Midas a call because I originally didnt want to make the hour drive to LBR. Midas had no knowledge about the rear electronic parking brake and make me feel unfomfortable to even think of bringing my vehicle to them to have it serviced. So, I gave LBR in Bellevue a call and talked to someone who was both educated and informative on my vehicle. He helped to explain the differences between different types of brake pads. He oredered up the parts for me and I brought my A8 in the next day and the service was completed. LBR was even so nice, they offered my a free shudle ride nearby. I decided to just go for a walk. I about 4 hours I recieved a call from you guys letting me know that my vehicle was complete. When I picked it up LBR had even fully washed the exterior. Wow what service. I got the same dealership type service and was able to save about $350 dollars from what the dealerships quoted me. LBR did a great job and I will be returning in the future for my service needs!"

"People and service are great, just seems a little bit pricey. They said it would take a day or two, it took a week. But, I'm glad they were thorough. When I picked it up it was not clean. They normally wash the cars inside and out but had a problem that day and didn't get to it. I took the car back two days later and they did a very nice job of cleaning it inside and out! Car looks and runs nice again. Its probably cheaper that taking it to the dealer, but not by much."
