"Customer service - because of my hectic and often unpredictable work schedule (I work between 10 - 12 hours a day, 4 or 5 days a week), I have a hard time keeping appointments. I've never had an appointment at Babcock and have always had my vehicle serviced with a very minimal wait time. Babcock also checks things and makes recommendations about I never think about (tire pressure, tread depth, etc) that I rarely think about."
