"Dependable, high quality repair services are consistent. Customer service is "off the charts." For example, the employee who gives rides home was on a business errand and took longer than expected to return to the shop. So that I did not have to wait a long time, Joe asked one of the technicians to give me and another customer a ride. From my experience, that kind of consideration towards customers are rare, which is one of the reasons I have been a customer for many years."
