"These guys saved my behind! Â I just landed at BWI and made my way to the Fast Park right down the street. Â Upon driving my car, my clutch pedal assembly totally fell apart and I could not get into gear. Â Since Airport Automotive are right at the bottom of a big hill from where my car was, I rolled my car all the way to their shop. Â They appear to be a family run business. Â The son, MartÃn (I believe his name was), took a preliminary look at my car even though it was past 5pm. Â After about 15 minutes, he was able to reassemble the clutch pedal assembly and I was all set. Â These guys are fantastic. Â I was far from home and in a situation where another mechanic could have totally gouged me. Â Instead, he fixed me all up quickly and wouldn't even accept payment for the labor. Â ""This is what I do. Â Just pay it forward,"" he says. Â Great people. Â Awesome, just awesome, experience."

"With my check engine light on and time for my annual registration renewal, I felt it best to have a diagnostic test done. Since I work in the Encinitis area, I went to Complete Car Care to do the test. The test was very thorough and done in a timely manner and the staff very courteous and knowledgeable. I was told all that was wrong and how much it would be for the repairs. Now I must decide if it is worth the repairs or if I should apply for the CAP program, as my car is a 1998 Honda Accord. I would highly recommend Complete Car Care, Encinitis for anyone in need of auto repairs."

"I pulled into your shop at 5:30 on the Friday of Labor Day weekend with lights blazing on my dashboard.. I was visiting Durango from Denver with the mission of dropping my Freshman off at Fort Lewis. You all graciously did a diagnostic right away, and I learned that my battery and alternator were both going out. You willingly came in on Saturday of the long holiday and replaced both and the car was ready to roll again by 10:30.
