"LBR did a great job following up on an issue with a prior repair they had performed on my Honda Odyssey's sliding door. The door did not quite work as it should have after the repair; it would suddenly reverse course while opening. They took the car back in and meticulously debugged the problem until they identified the root cause which turned out to be an occasionally-malfunctioning replacement part they had put in during the prior visit, which despite being defective would not cause any computer error codes. As a software engineer I can relate to the frustration and complex thinking process involved in trying to figure out what causes a malfunction which happens randomly, without any consistent repeating pattern and obvious cause. Once they addressed the issue the sliding door has started functioning normally. They did not charge me anything for this follow-up repair."
