"I chose Platt's based on it being the closest distance that was AAA approved from my home in the Rossmoor development. After AAA replaced the right rear tire on my vehicle with the stored donut, I needed to get the punctured tire repaired immediately. Even though it was late afternoon on Friday, and there were three tire repairs ahead of me, my tire was ready, balanced and reinstalled, with all tires checked for correct air pressure, and road tested by 5:45. Not only was Ed Platt friendly and customer supportive,(for a first time customer, he showed me how the tire would be repaired and methodology before they began) but they stayed past their usual Friday closing time of 5:00 to be sure that I would have the car completed before I needed it for a trip on Saturday!"
