"This was the first visit to Made in American Made in Japan on Fulton Ave. I dropped the 2004 Mazda 6S off at the convenient drop box service. I called the shop at 1pm and they already had performed the vehicle inspection and diagnosed the broken shifter cable problem. Gary quoted me a price and estimated repair time and was very up front on with me on what the repair entailed. After the repairs were made, the cost was within the estimate and my 2004 Mazda was back on the road. I totally feel comfortable recommending Made in American Made in Japan as a quality and fairly priced service center for repairs. Very happy with my experience."

"I would say that Craig's integrity is as high as their experience and willingness to fix a car right. They fixed a NOX emission problem in less than a week on a 1993 Oldsmobile. Last year another repair shop worked on the car for 4 months and the repair was low quality. Craig's did a high quality repair and the car passed the emissions test. Craig's fixes cars right the first time."
