"I've had several experiences with Heritage auto repair, my last one being August 19th. previous to this experience I had what I thought was an excessive charge to repair a window on a 1997 BMW convertible. I mentioned something about it to the gal who answers the phone and she took my info down and I thought that would be the last of that deal. Later the same day the owner came to my office in person waited 10 minutes for me to finish helping one of my customers and addressed the situation in detail. Having heard everything that was involved with these window motors I had a much better feel for the amount they charged to fix it. Being a person who likes to give business to local people I had another unrelated issue with the window motors. The owner took it upon himself to contact me with the problems that were once again involved with this window motor. One of the technicians told me to expect over $300.00 to fix it. Once it was figured out what the problem was I went to pick it up and the charge was half of what I was bracing myself for. Where else can one expect the owner to personally come visit a customer at their place of work to discuss the details of a complicated repair. Not only has Heritage earned my trust in daily auto repairs, they have integrity that is second to none in the sometimes flaky auto repair business. I will always look to them first when repairs are needed for my automobiles. BB-Meridian, Idaho"
