"I brought my car in for recommended repairs. They were very specific, with a print out, to note what repairs would be done, the cost of parts v labor and how long it would take. From that, I was able to decide what could be done that day and what I wanted to put off for another day. The repairs were completed within the time frame that was stated and there were no surprise charges when I went to pick up my car. Moreover, it is a family business that treats me like a family friend."
