I had a spark plug blow out of the head on my ford e-150 and the got me in the day after I called and had fixed the head and back on the road that day. My last car issue was somewhat of a mystery as to what the problem was, but after 2 days of diagnostics and expert opinions it was found there is a recall on my Miata for emission failure. "I was traveling from Utah to Washington back to Utah with some co workers when we started having problems with my turbo. We found a place online(not Meyers) and went there and asked if they could help. They said they were slammed and could not do anything until Friday or Monday(it was Wednesday). We continued to look for another repair shop and found Meyers Auto Tech. We limped my truck over there and asked if they could help. They said they were pretty slammed but would take a look. It was about 12:00 pm or so. By 11:00 am the next morning they had found and replaced my turbo and solenoid and we were on our way home again. What service. I have never found such customer service or professionalism anywhere. So, if you find yourself in the area of Kennewick, Washington and need a mechanic, look these guys up. Their Awesome.
