If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

:-( I asked that everything be checked and brought up to standards. When I received the call informing me that my vehicle was ready, I assumed my request had been fulfilled. However, the inspection sheet showed that that the 4WD Transfer Case fluid had NOT been checked. Now, I understand the reason why it was not, because of a stripped drain plug. However, being told that removing and replacing it was a perfectly doable task, I fail to understand why it was not done ... unless it was just getting too close to quitting time. Okay, I understand that, too. But, it seems to me that I should have been given the option of leaving it until the job was completed rather than not being informed that it was not. It struck me as an attempt to slip it under the radar, so to speak.
I could be way off with that but, I would have preferred that the "leave or retrieve" option be left up to me. I don't know when that fluid was last checked, if ever, and I wonder if I need to be concerned about driving my Jeep cross country and and in the mountains this winter.
Still, in my experience, the positives by far outweigh the negatives and that's what I would say if someone asked me about "Garry's Automotive quality of work and customer service."

We were very impressed with the frequent and detailed communications from the time I dropped off to the time we picked up the vehicle. We were never left in the dark . Options were presented, the work was completed on time and at a cost unmatched by a dealer. The vehicle is now in tip top shape and should last another 100,000 miles !"

"Integrity Auto certainly lived up to their name this week! My car went in for a scheduled oil change. The engine light came on because of a TPMS malfunction and it appeared to have developed a small oil leak. The staff at Integrity rapidly performed the service, rotated the tires, the re-set the faulty sensor and performed a safety check. The service suggested that the brake system should be flushed. The mechanic also determined that the car was not leaking oil, rather gear oil was leaking from a bad axle seal. Having encountered this issue previously I paid my modest bill and requested an email estimate; l was concerned about the expense and wanted my husband to review the information. In the interim we obtained estimates from two "chain stores" on the recommended work at more than double the price emphasizing the brevity of the mechanical soundness of the car combined with harsh warnings about brake failure, seized axles, broken wheels, steering damage possibly resulting in a roll-over wreck, and exploding bearings all hype intended to scare a customer into paying too much for what was reprisented as urgent work. Integrity Auto emailed the estimates per request and we were pleased with the reasonable quotes and gentle statement that the work could be scheduled at my convenience. INTEGRITY Auto demonstrated true integrity in the handling of the work, the reasonable cost of the repairs and the customer service honoring my time."
