If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"We have a 24 year old Jeep Wrangler that the dealer will not provide full service for. The dealer recommended Mountain Auto Care because there were several problems (leaks from the drive shaft, dark power steering fluid and others) they would not work on. Mountain Auto did a great job fixing all these problems and more (replacing a leaking heater radiator, fixing the rear window washer, fixing the stiff window crank on the passenger door) for a very reasonable price. Don explained all the options before proceeding and provided an explanation of what was done after the fact. We will definitely be back for routine maintenance."

"Eastside Bavarian provides superior service for our 740i. We have been to other shops and they do not compare to Eastside Bavarian. Which is why we do not mind traveling from Lake Stevens for service. We did have one issue and Eastside Bavarian resolved it to our complete satisfaction! Our 1995 740i has never been happier!"

"Great personal experience with the individuals, as always. The pictures, explanations and engagement was fantastic. Two things that might be helpful as a customer- on the receipt it's pretty tough to see how much labor for each work item, and the total split between labor and part. Second thing- after you guys re-pinned my connector for the FSU, and I told you not to replace the FSU because I think it might still be OK since its pretty new, you could have probably tested the battery drain on the car after turning it on and off again and seeing if it fixed it or not before putting the parts back together. That would have probably saved me the need to re-do all of this work. Or you could have tested the voltage after it sat overnight on your lot, that would have shown it too. Either way I've gotta re-do the repair, and that might have saved me from re-doing it."
