It's not the corporate bunk of salesmanship, it's not the run-down hard-done-by mechanic shop. . . it's simply professionalism, clear communication, friendliness, and CRAFT. Doug clearly is a "coach" for his staff, who each are clearly interested in being the best mechanic they can be. The conversations I witnessed during a brief wait for my vehicle was truly of this nature: people encouraging one another's skill and knowledge level. Prices are what you'd expect, and the turn-around and follow-through is very good. I've sampled most shops in the area, and they've won my business through keeping things simple, being honest, kind, and always doing the best."
