"About 8 years ago I was having some electrical problems with one of my vehicles, and so I took the car to a shop in the Fredericksburg, VA area. They fixed the problem, but then the problem recurred about two weeks later. I decided right then and there to do some serious word of mouth and internet research and find the best automotive electrical shop in the DC metro area. I checked Washington Checkbook magazine. I checked with AAA. I asked mechanic friends of mine who they would refer if automotive electrical work was beyond the scope of their shop. I checked with some of buddies of mine who are big in the local car scene. One name kept coming up over and over again, and that name was Bradham Automotive. So, I drove the 65 miles from my house to Bradham. They quickly fixed my car's thorny electrical problem, and identified the mistake the previous mechanic had made. Since then, even though Bradham is a great distance from my home I have had them do mechanical work as well as more electrical. Each time the work was done right the first time and at a fair and competitive price. I have owned over 35 cars and trucks and have been to many, many auto shops over the years. Bradham is, hands down, the best-run shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Just this week I needed some electrical work done on one of my trucks. It was a pleasure to make the drive to Bradham again. Their shop waiting area is sparkling clean, and Josh took the time to really understand the symptoms my car was exhibiting. My truck was done the same day. They took the time to carefully explain to me the work that they had done on my truck until I understood it clearly. After I got the truck I looked up under the dash at the wiring work the Bradham tech had done. The work was beautiful, and I can tell the tech cared about what he was doing. Thank you Bradham, you guys rock."
