Last repair was not so "ideal" in that the mechanic failed to complete a step resulting in the power steering motor needing to be replaced a second time, and another lost day of work productivity for me without my vehicle, which is my primary means of business transportation."

"Awesome service!! We bring both our vehicles here for oil changes!! Normally we drop our car off on the day of appointment and pick it up later. Today I was very impressed though I had an appointment and had to planned to stay and wait with my 16mnth old son. The play area is sparse but with the few trucks I brought he did great! They were able to get the oil change done faster than the original time quoted!! I asked about the 10%check in deal and was told it was for new customer only but he still got me a great deal and back punched a punch card for me which was super nice!! They pulled my car up front and left some fruit snacks in the car for my son!! Nice touch, it's the little things that make a big impression!!"
