Marsel F.	Repairs not done in a timely fashion as requested and was told they would be done. I was not sure if both tires or just one needed replacing or if a 4 wheel alignment was necessary and was told I would be called to be notified what was necessary. Both tires wre replaced and a 4 wheel alignment were completed without a call. I needed to have worked completed prior to noon and I was asked why this was necessary; very unprofessional to question your customer about there personal needs. If the work coyld not be completed in my time frame that is all I needed to know.

I used to go to Olsons, but they would not get me in for three or four days, and then would not stand behind their work. That's a long time to be without a car. Greg got me right away, and got me out right away for an appointment I did not want to miss. Unbelievable! And I have received at least three follow ups from them since, making sure everything was ok. I did not think this type of service existed anymore. Sold for life!
