"The best motor shop in Ventura which I was pleased and amazed by Phil & Gary with their effort to fix my lug bolts rear which lost thread my 2 lug bolts. Other shop told me that I need to replace my wheel hub cause by the damage bolts so I decided to go to their shop for their opinion . Right away they did what they can do to fix it & they did without changing my wheel hub. They are very honest people & willing to help which I was so happy for I save a lot. "We took our heavy duty diesel farm truck in after it had been "repaired " by a dealership following an accident. The staff at Integrity had the professional knowledge and skills to repair the truck correctly. In addition to ensuring that everything was done properly they were able to help us get a complete set of tires after the insurance company replaced only one, rendering the truck's 4-wheel drive incapacitated, the steering unstable and the alignment off. "Integrity replaced the entire engine in my car following an incident in which a large rock took out the oil pan. Their work was thorough, complete, precise, careful, and they followed up with vehicle complete with a new warranty! All of this done in a timely fashion. They worked closely to keep us informed of the progress on the vehicle and coordinated with the insurance company and insurance adjuster as they worked on the damaged car and discovered changes after the initial estimates. We feel like they advocated for us in an appropriate manner and were responsible and reliable. There are not enough good things we can say about this company. All of our vehicles business is sent to them as they are professional in every way and highly ethical."
