"I was referred here by my mechanic for a sound that I was hearing. They did the full diagnostics, checked all fluids and everything. The technician even drove with me so I could point out the sound that I was hearing. Both sounds were perfectly explained to me and I was told that they weren't a problem for now, just wear and tear, and didn't need fixed for now. I paid the diagnostic fee that I was informed of prior to them doing it, and nothing else. There was no attempt to tell me that I needed a new transmission, or a rebuild or anything else to charge me more money. And I got picture proof that they did the diagnostics and fluid checks as stated. Inevitably I'll need transmission work down the line and I'm glad I found them and feel comfortable taking My truck there."

"I would tell them to not take theirs vehicles there. I had a great experience with the customer service reps, until my car came back not starting up the same way as I took it in. I took it in today because of a previous problem. I took my 1994 Cadillac DeVille in for a quote for strut work. My dad has been keeping this car is good shape since he had it. New alternator and starter etc. I got the vehicle back and the airbag light was on...on the dashboard. I call this morning and the lady told me to bring it in to check it out. They were rushing on trying to get out by three o'clock, so they asked if I can bring it back next week. I agreed to do so, but when I started my car up it sound like it was sick and didn't start right up like it has been doing all along. I have a very deep voice, as a went to ask the lady (Sally,Sue something like that) what's wrong with my vehicle she became disrespectful. Over talking me and when I finally said something about calling the cops she told me that she was going to trepass me. Why because there are other customers in here and you don't want them to hear how my vehicle didn't come back to me the same way I left it with them. I really would like to take this the Virginia Beach Civil court. But I will spend more money for a little. Smh this is why I do not take my vehicles to mechanics......unless it's something I can't do. This meineke has just lost my trust and respect. And I will tell all my other guys to go to Chesapeake or somewhere else instead of the one in Virginia Beach on Diamond springs. I'm not angry just highly disappointed. Thank you"
