"I was looking for a used car and found one. I wanted to have a presale inspection done. The owner dropped off the car and I had Argonaut do a presale inspection at MY COST. I have no issues with the presale inspection at all. The inspection was completed and I had Argonaut print out a second copy of suggested work to give to the owner. I paid for the inspection before the owner arrived. When he arrived, I emailed him a copy of the inspection report in the waiting room. That way we both have the needed information and can work towards a price based on the findings of the report.
Leaving the waiting room, the seller and me talked some more. An Argonaut employee was outside near the
sidewalk. This employee had his own personal opinion about the overall condition of the car it seemed. I can't remember exactly how he phrased it. Would you like my opinion or something like that. Argonauts employee is then telling me that I should buy the car. BUT the seller is right there as well hearing your employee say this. Your employee basically downplayed the findings in the report I paid for. The sellers face now has a big smile.
I appreciate a mechanic having their own opinion and wanting to share it about a used car. BUT that information should only be reserved for the person paying for the inspection, not the seller of the car as well. I paid for a presale inspection to give leverage in the price of a used car. I didn't pay for your employee to tell me I should purchase the car in front of the seller....."

"So far my car is running . Grease spots were left on the front mat. I thought mechanics use protection so no grease is left on inside of the car. I also left a coupon that was given to me by discount tires for $20 discount and it did not show on my bill.. I will be calling you on Monday for a response. Thank you."
