"I’ve been servicing my vehicles at Hometowne for the past five years and have always dealt directly with one of the owners. In the past, I’ve appreciated their attention and the quality of their work. I’ve even referred friends, family, and customers from both the Woodbridge and Manassas areas because I believe in supporting small businesses, especially ones that have been reliable in the past. On August 5, 2025, I brought my Jeep in for service. The vehicle remained at the shop for about two weeks. A few days after dropping it off, I contacted Ahmed to report that my vehicle’s alarm was going off between 2 AM and 5 AM. He assured me they would check it, and I was later told everything was fine. When I finally picked up the Jeep on August 6, I was informed that while the service work was completed, the remote start and alarm system were no longer functioning. I was told they had not worked on those systems, so there was nothing they could do. However, the alarm and remote start were working perfectly before I brought the vehicle in, so I believe something may have happened during its time at the shop. While the repair work itself was fine, I was disappointed with the way the situation was handled and the lack of resolution or concern shown at the end. As a loyal customer who has referred many others, I value good customer care, especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will no longer be bringing my vehicles here or recommending the shop to others."

"Alex the service advisor was amazing ! From start to finish . Our Tahoe we just bought had an oil leak . They went above and beyond to get it fixed and also did an inspection. Finding a honest mechanic now a days is very rare , I felt very confident and the honesty they showed was top notch . We will definitely be going back for all our auto needs !
