"I left my recent visit feeling frustrated and disappointed. Despite being a loyal customer at Andy’s for over 18 years, my vehicle—which has been serviced here consistently over the past two years—was inexplicably missing from your system. That alone was confusing and concerning.
What bothered me most, however, was the lack of communication once my car was ready. I waited in the customer lounge for another 5 to 10 minutes after my vehicle had been finished, with no one notifying me. When I eventually came out to check, I found the front desk completely unattended, and my keys left out on the counter. It wasn’t even 5 PM, and I had seen at least three front desk employees when I arrived—yet none were present. The employee that did get me checked out was very kind and friendly, but it was more of the overall feeling of things. There was a woman who checked in after me and got out of there before me, and she was also not notified when her car was ready.
To make matters worse, after finally flagging someone down to check me out, I discovered that the oil change sticker hadn’t even been updated in my car. Overall, the visit felt disorganized and careless. It gave the impression that no one took pride in their work or valued me as a long-standing customer.
I expected better from a place I’ve trusted for almost two decades."

"My AC had quit just ahead of the hot weather. I was able to get my truck in right away. They diagnosed the problem as a low charge, vacuum tested for leaks and recharged it in less than an hour. That’s great service! The bonus was that it cost less than I expected."
