"Service was awesome! Dennis came highly recommended by a friend but I still wasn’t sure because I’m a female and I just didn’t know how things were going to be. They were very warm and welcoming and made me feel safe. I went in for AC repair on my 2017 Honda Civic. Dennis ran tests and told me that the AC compressor and evaporator were leaking. Dennis even called Clawson Honda and found out Honda had an extended warranty on the part that was broken in the AC system. When I picked up my car I paid for the diagnostic fee and went straight to Clawson Honda to talk to the service tech that Dennis had called earlier. They already knew what was going on since Dennis called them so I didn’t have to explain anything. Dennis made this entire stressful situation for me, a female, a more comfortable and safe experience. I will be going back to them for all repairs and I highly recommend them. My most respect and gratitude for this local establishment."
