"I went to Los Gatos Auto Service because I needed to have my car aligned and my mechanic didn’t do alignments. What a great experience I had! After I arrived, one of the guys noticed my car needed an oil change and offered to get that done in the same visit even though I hadn’t made an appointment for an oil change. Everyone was so genuine, helpful, pleasant and professional. I now understand why LGAS has received such great reviews."

"Could not ask for better or faster service! I needed my car tested & repaired urgently. Luckily I have been going to the best auto repair shop since my former shop owner retired without letting me know. I had gone into SAC several years ago for something & I wish now that I had switched then. Anyway, I didn't, due to my misplaced loyalty & I have more than paid the price. Back to the story. AAA dropped my car off after SAC was closed & the next day it was fixed & back home (the store Mgr came & picked me up at my house since my wife is not a driver!). It turned out that the repair was much less than it could have been ( old Honda CR-V w/258,500 miles on it ). & I was one happy so called Senior Citizen. Thanks again ladies & gentlemen, you bailed me out one more time. I think it is probably time to upgrade by a couple of decades, but I will probably keep the old CR-V forever, because they just keep it going & going & we both have really enjoyed the car. See you folks again soon, hopefully next time just for my NEW oil change!"
