All repairs and replacements, and cost and schedule, were agreed to prior to starting, and I was kept in the loop as work progressed. The shop is clean, and the staff is professional and courteous. The repairs come with a warranty. The free customer shuttle was an added bonus."

"I would tell them, that if you are not having your vehicle services here, your not taking it to the right place. I have never had better service in any industry, and having serviced both commercial and residential customers myself for the last 20 years I can honestly say that Schertz Auto Service sets the bar for a level to achieve. I found Scherts Auto Service strictly by chance after being broken down in a parking lot, and needed a shop to tow my truck to. AAA was towing my truck and notified me that Schertz auto was the closest recomended shop. Inside of 15 minutes after AAA notified them that my truck would be coming to their shop I recieved a call from Wayne inquiring about my vehicle, what the issues were, and confirming that they could indeed handle my truck repair needs. When we arrived with the truck, the first thing Wayne did was greet me, shake my hand, offer me a cold drink, and a seat in the lobby....which was very comfortable , and after an hour and a half in a 100+ degree weather dealing with a broken truck, it was very refreshing. The experience at Scherts Auto Service is personal and comfortable, with no stress. The team makes every effort to assure that you have a clear understanding of what your vehicle issues are, a great use of technology and documentation so that everything is clear and consice, combined with realtime updates via e-mail and text, and encompassing a video report,in most cases, of any issues. The mechanic staff is thourough , professional and fast....WOW, really fast! My vehicle is known for being a difficult model to work on and this team made it look easy! They took the time to show me concerns, walk me through the repair process, listened to the history of my truck, and answer any questions. Communications with this team, no matter in person,on the phone, or via e-mail was smooth, friendly, timely and most of all easy. "I had an appt for maintenance and a tail light replacement when the fires broke out and we all evacuated. When the shop opened again today I called and was told that they were short on technicians and otherwise very busy. But if I got over there, they would work me in. Two hours later they called and said the truck was done. This is what I know LP Tire for...timely and efficient work and making me feel like I matter."
