"As I rolled in to Erwin from Florida, my a.c. conked out and I was scheduled to return to the Sunshine (hot) State the next day. Upon the recommendation of others in town, I took my car to H-Tek, arriving 5 minutes before closing. The techs were booked for several days but promised to check my car the first thing the next morning and let me know what needed to be repaired. Sure enough, at 8:15 they had inspected my car, diagnosed the problem, and quoted me a fair price. That was great customer service, but what was exceptional service was the way they adjusted their schedule, fixed my car by 2:00 that day, and even gave me a one-hour heads-up when it would be ready so I could return to Florida as planned and without sweating the whole way. As a customer service trainer and curriculum developer, H-Tek is sure to be featured in my upcoming courses! Much appreciation to the entire team!!!"

"I have had only two jobs done by 59 Auto. One was a major job, intake manafold gasket replacement on my 1997 GMC Sierra 350, 850.00. The oil and antifreeze had to be changed and I had something done with the Alignment. This was done last year, no problems. Yesterday I had my air conditioner checked and recharged, 92.00 dollars. I waited for the repairs and it took about an hour and a half. No problems so far."
